Paramount Property Development, Inc. is a developer and builder of upscale homes that has concentrated its efforts in the Buckhead area for the last several years.

Felipe Rodriguez, an Atlanta homebuilder for over 18 years, recognized the potential market for upscale homes with the success of his Montwick Place subdivision in 1998.

To meet these more sophisticated demands on construction technology, organization and finance for the high end properties, Mr. Rodriguez combined with Wesley Properties, a 20-year-old commercial development company, to form Paramount Property Development, Inc. 

John Wesley adds experience in commercial contracting to Paramount. He is certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Building Contractor, by The Association of Energy Engineers as a CEM (Certified Energy Manager), and is a licensed Master Electrician.

Financial and Costing analysis common to commercial construction are beneficial for the larger, residential construction projects. Karen Wesley brings financial expertise to the company make-up. Karen, company financial partner, is a CPA with major accounting firm experience.
